I’m Chef Katie, and I love food. I love the story, the ritual, and the ultimate flavors that a meal can carry. My goal is to use food to show that love. I cook food focused on health and share it with the people I love.
The overall theme of my food: Flavor First. I want you to eat more plants, but I know you won’t do that unless food tastes good. I will make you excited to eat more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, rices, or beans. I want you bananas for bananas! This is the best way to stay healthy, happy, and glowing. It’s not a secret or a magic pill. It’s eating real food, whole food, that your body wants to eat.
My learning is grounded in science. My cooking is grounded in training and practice. I welcome questions, requests, and comments.
